Suites

The suites are fully air conditioned with ceiling fans, safes, direct dial telephones, flat panel LCD televisions, US cable TV and DVD Players. Bedrooms boast Egyptian cotton linens, bathrobes, hairdryers and bathroom amenities are provided by Clarins.

All suites have fully equipped kitchens, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washers and dryers.

The full kitchen provides guests with the convenience of more meal options and the advantage of being able to cook and eat on your own schedule! The kitchens also include a coffee maker, toaster, and cooking supplies such as pans, dishes and utensils, dishwasher, oven and microwave, which gives guests an alternative to the time and expense associated with restaurant dining. (A kitchenette is provided in studio suites).

Oceanfront suites feature spacious private balconies and unobstructed views of award winning, Grace Bay Beach, while our intimate pool and garden suites overlook lush landscaping and beautiful mosaic infinity edged pool.

General Information

• Rates are in USD and are per suite per night

• All above rates are subject to 11% Government Tax and 10% facility fee.

• The rates are for two persons in one-bedroom suites, four persons in two-bedroom suites and six persons in three-bedroom suites. Extra persons are $85 per person during holiday periods and $50 per person at all other times.

• Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

• Check in time is 3 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM

• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

• Rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservation Policy

A 3-night deposit secures your reservation. The deposit is due when the reservation is made and is fully refundable, provided written cancellation is received by The Regent Grand 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Thereafter your deposit is forfeited to cover any cancelled or altered night(s) of a confirmed reservation (late arrival or early departure). 7 days prior to arrival the balance will be charged. Should the reservation be cancelled thereafter, there will be no refund.

Reservations for Christmas/New Years (19 December to 3rd January) require a minimum stay of seven nights. A three (3) night deposit is due at time of reservation. Full payment is due November 1st. Cancellations MUST be received on or before September 31st in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. Any cancellation thereafter is non-refundable.

Due to our small size, cancellations and alterations can affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. We also highly recommend travel insurance.
